Our participants are self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants, of all ages.
We specialise in supporting participants with daily living activities, social engagement, independence skills and accessing the community. All while striving to achieve their NDIS goals.
Our matchmaking process ensures participants are matched appropriately with support workers who will become a role model and friend.
HOW WE WORK.
Our unique process, utilising a person-centred model, allows our participants and their families to be at the core of our matchmaking - receiving the support they need and deserve.
Our numerous touch-points provides a service tailored to the support you require. We soothe the often challenging transition period of bringing on a new support worker, by ensuring all parties are comfortable prior to service delivery.
Meet us for a welcome call. We want to hear about you. Who you are, your goals and the support you require. You can hear more about what we do and our responsibility to our participants.
We will search our database to find you the support worker or team of support workers that will best suit your needs. Our database consists of young and experienced support workers and we will find you the perfect match.
Your Perfect Match
We want all parties to feel comfortable with the arrangement, which is why we want you to meet your support worker(s) before you commit any further. We will facilitate another call with you, your support worker(s) and us. It is a great opportunity to become familiar with one another and discuss the support required.
We will seek regular feedback and accommodate for your changing needs and goals. By facilitating positive communication between all parties and empowering our support workers, we will ensure they are always equipped to provide you with the appropriate support.

How does payment work?
We will make fortnightly payment requests. If you are self-managed, we will send the invoice to you directly; if you are plan-managed, we will send the invoice to your plan manager for payment.
How do we ensure the safety of our participants?
Our support workers undergo a strict screening and on-boarding process. This includes verification of qualifications and the required legal documents. All our support workers have a valid Working With Children's Check, National Police Check, ABN and comprehensive insurance packages. Our support workers have also completed the NDIS Worker's Orientation module and a COVID-19 Infection Control training.
